First, for you to make a decorative frame you must have all materials in place. You can collect your favorite materials on http://www.howcanimake.co.uk and choose those that are easy to work with. A piece of tiny cardboard will do for the back of the frame you will make. Choose a plain color for the cardboard so that you can paint on it with any shade of paint. For a girl's room, go for bright pink colors on the back of the frame. Get some wooden sticks for the sides of the frame. This you can ask your parents to collect with you so that you do not injure yourself. Glue the parts of the frame together and clean out to remove any remaining glue on the surface. Choose an appropriate picture for the frame but make it a smaller one so that the pink background on the frame can be seen. Do not hang up the picture until all the glue on the frame has completely dried up. When it has, hang your picture up and out of the way where it will not be damaged. |

Where there are no cars for everybody, car pooling will be done and as a result of it friendships will be born. On the other hand where everyone drives to and from wherever, there will be no opportunity for meeting so yours will be a drive alone and a lone return to your house. My therapist asked www.isyour.co.uk surrounding to blame for you having no social life. I laughed off at the time but she was very right. We have restaurants but they are for the five star diners who interact only with their dates. In the neighborhood down the park, the restaurants are the kind that have stools so diners squeeze together and albeit it being uncomfortable, shoulders rub and people talk. The dance halls are tiny so you probably will step on someone's foot and they will bicker but they will talk to you at least. Cross over to the snobbish side of town and find executive dance halls for dance styles that are unheard of downtown and there is so much room that you will be stepping on no one's toes. |

There are people who are always hiding from paying their debts. Such people are the wrong kind of friends to have with you. They borrow money but do not want to repay that cash at the time they promised to do. However, this is not always the case. Many times I have found that I do not want to pick calls from numbers I do not recognize not because I do not want to know the caller but I suspect its one of those friends who just call when they are in financial crisis. Because my friends know that I may be ignoring their calls they tend to use numbers that are new just to get to speak to me. At such times, when am near a source of internet, I google how can I find out who is calling me and pap! I check the number out. Other times I decide that I will not respond to such calls since it is a waste of my time. The problem with ignoring is that I end up losing on important calls and opportunities that would have made by business grow tremendously.

Joanna just celebrated her birthday recently. I can't believe she is now twenty-two. She used to be my baby, you know. I practically took care of her. My mom had her late in life. When she was born, mom was already forty-two. I knew that mom didn't have the same energy she had when I was born so I took it upon myself to help her with Joanna. I still remember how I would try to go home early from school because I wanted to look after my baby sister. There were even days when I would skip classes just so I can play with Joanna. I made all excuses to spend as much time with her then. But now, she is a baby no more. I am proud to see how she turned out to be - independent, sensitive and God fearing. Now, she takes care of me and mom. When she's not working, she's just at home, checking out www.isyour.co.uk. She doesn't hang out with her friends so much. I am so happy to hear her say that home, is her happy place. |

When delegating work to your staff you need to be very precise in what you want them to do. When you are vague you create confusion between that person and the other staff who may not want to take instructions from your chosen individual. As an executive manager you should always be ready to introduce your assistant for that particular job formally to your staffs. Without doing this you create animosity between the colleagues who may think that that assistant was not given the authority he may be exhibiting. Then again another equally qualified staff may wonder why could he not be chosen due to their better experience or their ability to organize and manage work and people. The executive does not need to explain their choice this is the privilege and wisdom that comes with being in that position. Obviously, there is no executive who will want to delegate work to a staff they do not trust because at the end of the day he is the one responsible for the success or failure of the project and therefore he needs someone who will have his interest at heart to make sure the project succeeds. |

I have always know that Sean is a good boy. He listens to his mother all the time. When his mom tells him that he can't go out because he needs to finish his homework, he obeys. When he is told to clean his room, he gladly obliges. He never complains. That's why he is well loved not only by his parents but also by his doting siblings. Being the youngest boy at home, Sean could easily get what he wants but he is never one to become a spoiled brat. During his free time, he likes to surf the net and checks on http://www.couldi.co.uk every once in a while. But his favorite thing to do these days is to play games on Facebook. He has actually become so good with the games that some of his classmates have asked him to play for them using their accounts on Facebook. Sean gladly does this for them because undoubtedly, Sean is hooked with these games. This is fine with his mom for as long as he manages to get good grades in school. |

Govern officials are practically responsible for those areas that they represent. If they care about those areas they will never stop fighting for the rights of the people living in them. Only a few officials represent citizens very well. These are people who know what they are doing and, they are in government for their sake. Greedy officials are known to take money meant for developing the areas they represent. This leads to poor living conditions for those areas and, lack of essential amenities. This is why http://www.whoshould.co.uk came about to sensitize people about who is responsible for what. People need to know who is responsible for certain things in the areas they live in. they need to be aware of existence of officials they chose to represent them. The only way for these officials to be noticed is through the good deeds they do to their subjects. Sari is unbelievably beautiful. She is young and very driven. Therefore, it won't be surprising to see her succeed in the very near future. She has all the makings to make it big in whatever field she chooses to pursue. Earlier, Sari kept herself busy by checking out http://www.whereshould.co.uk. She did this while waiting for her friend, Betty, to come out from the office. When Betty saw her at the lobby, she was pleasantly surprised. She said, Is that really you, Sari? I can't believe you're here. What brings you here now, my dear friend? It has been so long since the last time you dropped by. Sari smiled as she approached Betty. She replied, Well, I found some free time and I thought spending the night with my best friend is not a bad idea. We can go to our favorite restaurant, if you like. The two had a lovely dinner and in the middle of their conversation, Sari broke the news of her engagement, much to Betty's delight. Sari is getting married to Eric. |

As a parent, it is important to know the responsibilities that you have towards your child so that in case of a divorce or something happening, you will be able to defend yourself under the court of law. There are several parental legal responsibilities which have been put in place to support the custody of the child if the parents were to part ways so that the child is not left unattended to. If as a father you decide to abandon your children, it is still and will remain your legal responsibility to take care of your children and ensure that they never lack even if you have separated from the mother of the child. You also have a legal responsibility to act as a father to that child and also are there for them when they need you. The mother is also subjected to the same legal responsibilities when they decide to abandon their child. The law is doing this in order to prevent cases of abandoned children with nobody to take care of them and also to teach parents to take care of their responsibility if that is what they chose. |

No matter how old young they may be, parents are very important people and they still remain to be very essential in our world today. They are responsible for bringing into existence a child, raising it up until it can take care of itself. This is not an easy task but somehow they have experience and expertise to take care of it. Right from the time the child is born, parents have rights that cover all the aspects of their child. The rights of parents in general cover the birth, upbringing and maturity of the child. They have a right to be with their child, bring it up the way they want and shape their future for them. Parents cease being in full control of their children when they reach the age of eighteen. At this age, children are regarded as adults and can make decisions for themselves. Parents of these children at this age can only supervise what their children are doing and ensure that whatever they do it is morally upright and according to the law. They are not allowed to interfere in their decision making process unless need be. |

After parents of a child separatecustody of the child becomes an issue. Many children courts in Europe today get crowded everyday with custody cases among other child related cases. In most cases women are favored and the men left to suffer the pain of trying to get access to their child or children. But the law has eased up and considered fathers after the enactment of the act on rights for fathers.The act created loopholes in which fathers can use to gain access to their children.This together with the emergence of special groups that fight for the rights of fathers have created a better environment for fathers in the family setting. Fathers can now smile since their rights are now recognized by the law and being fought for by persons who value them. Now, fathers are not afraid to lose their children after divorcing or breaking up with their spouses because they can get custody of the children if all goes well after filing for it. Fathers are as well educated about their rights so as to put them in a better position of demanding for them. |

After you have placed the order in a restaurant and then look around at what other people are having you always feel that you made the wrong choice in ordering the item you had selected. The same was the case when I placed an order for a mobile phone on eBay. I had spent almost a week in deciding the features that I wanted in my new mobile. I then selected the particular brand which came with all those features. Finally I decided to bid the product on eBay since I felt that I could get it at a better price. The bid was supposed to be closed after two days so I decided to wait. As I decided to surf for some more items I came across a mobile phone which not only had all the features that I wanted but was available at a lower price. how can I cancel a bid on ebay I wondered but on checking I found out that this could be done. So I cancelled the old bid and placed a new one and waited for the bid to get over. |

In my childhood, I grew up reading comic characters like Archie, Dennis the Menace and Richie Rich and there were hardly any comic issues of these characters which I had not read at the local library. As I grew up, I lost touch with these comics and got busy in my daily life. But to my surprise, one day, when I was surfing on ebay I happened to come across a section where comic books were being sold. I checked it out only to realize that they had a collection of my favourite comic books. The eBay collection of different comic books were around two thousand whereas, I had just read around hundred comic books till date. So, I immediately decided to order some copies for myself but to my surprise, I found that I could not only buy but also bid for these comic books. Today, I have finished reading the comic books that I had initially ordered and I am going to bid for some more again, after all I have rediscovered my childhood passion. |

There are no hard rules as to who can make reports on ebay. All persons are treated equally on ebay no matter the wins that have been made in auctions and no matter the amount of money that has been traded. The person with the least impressive bid history can get listened to when a complaint is made or when a report ebay fake message is issued. Ebay in fact advises that its customers should not wait to suffer in the hands of rich bidders who think that their money can assure them of wins. The management of ebay does not favour persons based on how much money they are willing to place in auctions. Ebay stands to lose a lot if there are complaints that are left unattended and this is why it takes extra care to give proper customer service to all those who complain. Reports that are made to ebay officials have to be hand written or types as complaints made by word of mouth do not provide strong proof of wrongs that have been committed. |

We always encourage periodic parent&rsquos teachers meeting in our school. This is necessary to keep the parents involved regarding the development of their child. However there are some students in every class who are brought up by single parents. In such students it is seen that one parent is busy trying to make both ends meet whereas the other parent has abandoned all his responsibility. Since the child spends very less time under the guidance of his parent he tends to be very introvert in nature. The child avoids mixing with other children and is seen to be aloof in most cases. Such children do not fare well academically because they have a low self esteem. We identify such students who need to be handled in a different way. We have a child counselor to whom such parental abandonment cases are referred so that over a period of time the child accepts the situation he is facing. Although it is not easy in most of the cases but we still would like to take care for the children in our school. |

When it comes to shopping online Vicky is a self-proclaimed guru. She takes her time going through reviews and feedback from previous customers. She also makes sure that the online store is actually legitimate complete with email and phone support. Earlier today she even mentioned something about the do's and don'ts of the withdraw feedback process. She mentioned that although there's a thin line between when you can and when you can't recall a feedback it doesn't mean you can do whatever you feel like doing. It differs from time to time and is more of a case by case scenario she also said that she has done it a few times over the year but always with a good reason. I have never done much online shopping and truth be told when I did shop I never bothered to leave a feedback, it's not that I don't want to do it it's just that I keep forgetting about it especially when the item arrives safe and sound. All thoughts of leaving a feedback just flew out of the window.

People damage ligaments, muscles and joints they break bones and even die due to accidents at the workplace. Just as homeowners are legally bound to make restitution if a visitor injures themselves on their property, just as businesses can be sued for causing injury to clients or customers, the law recognizes the need for businesses to keep their employees safe and offer fair compensation should injury arise because this need went unmet.
How should businesses insure that their employees are kept safe?
Obviously there are many ways to answer that question. Most injuries might accurately be described as arising from either environmental or educational lacks at the workplace. However, it may not be obvious which lack to ascribe an accident to when it first occurs.
For example: Brenda falls on a wet floor, injuring herself.
An investigation may discover that James, who was in charge of cleaning the floor, was unable to find the requisite sign that would have alerted Brenda before she stepped onto it that the floor was wet.
Clearly, the sign was a necessary piece of equipment and should have been readily handy for the employee (James) requiring it. However, it can also be argued that James education as a staff member should have assured his placement of workplace safety as the highest priority. In such case, he would not have proceeded to create a hazard, in this case a wet floor, until he had found the proper equipment to alert (educate) passersby as to the danger.
Just as the aforementioned proves, environment and education lacks are not mutually exclusive. They often work together. A business may buy the best equipment available. Yet, without the requisite education to use it properly and safely, the equipment remains useless. Likewise, the most proficient staff will turn in a poor performance with inadequate equipment.
When businesses provide the best possible equipment, workspace and systems along with the required education to use them safely and properly, the likelihood that employees will have to resort to an accident at work claim is greatly diminished. |

When an accident at work occurs, a claim should be filed immediately.
